INTELLIGENT DOUBLE PULLER
The puller is consistent of following items:
Puller main part
Puller adopt three head and three rail , driven by gear .
Puller adopt the exchange material type with the roller trolley by the rail .
The puller including the up and down jaw with the independent servo system .the movement of the jaw is controlled by servo motor ,and it is adjustable according to the different size of the products.
Puller rail and frame
Two puller installed on two different rails ,up rail connected by the beam on the base .to avoid the shaking during the roller exchange, the rail connection adopt insert connection ,means one rail connected to another rail parts . there is a braking device to protect the puller .

Sliding out stage: It is a conveying roller table, the felt drum is driven by power, and the conveying speed is adjustable. When lifting, the auxiliary profile slides out, and the material is taken horizontally to the cooling table through the lifting and dislocation and the material picking device.
To This conveyor line includes material picking device, cooling table, over-straightening machine mechanism, storage table, saw material conveying roller table.
Material picking device: It is driven by felt belt, which mainly transfers the interrupted sawed profile on the sliding roller table to the cooling table transversely.
Cooling table: it plays the role of storage, cooling of aluminum and lateral transportation.
Through the straightening machine mechanism: It is a felt belt drive, which mainly sends the straightened aluminum material to the storage table transversely.
Storage table: plays the role of storing aluminum materials or placing materials in groups and lateral conveying. Its action is interlocked with sawing and conveying. When the storage table is feeding, the sawing and conveying cannot run, and vice versa.
The sawing material conveying roller table feeds the profile to a fixed length, lifting and displacing it, and interlocking with the conveying action of the storage table.
To To Straightening machine: It is a kind of straightening equipment. After the aluminum material is extruded, it is generally bent due to cooling deformation, so it must be straightened by a straightening machine. The straightening machine is mainly composed of four parts: the rail, the main cylinder, the front jaw and the rear jaw. To Finished fixed-length table: The finished saw table is mainly used for cutting aluminum to a fixed length, and the saw head feed is driven by an oil cylinder. The fixed-length table is used in conjunction with the finished saw table, and is mainly composed of rollers and a fixed-length trolley.
